How can I get a quote on an order?

 

Feel free to call and leave a message or fill out the inquiry form and we will get back to you within 3-5 days.  Calls are normally returned within 24 hours.

Where are you located?

 

We bake primarily for Western North Carolina.  If you are outside of this area, please let us know, though, as we are happy to travel (although an additional fee may apply, and adequate time to arrange for travel is required). Most cake delivery to WNC and surrounding areas is free.

How long in advance should I place my order? 

 

We can be quite busy, so to avoid missing out we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your event. If it is placed any later, we can't guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.

Do you require any payment when we place an order? 

 

Yes! Unfortunately, in the business world, we do have no-shows from time to time.  While we have been extremely lucky, we avoid being left with out-of-pocket expenses by requiring a  non-refundable 50% deposit on all orders.

Once your deposit is made, your order is secure and you can pop some bubbly and rejoice!

I sent a inquiry, or email with details on my order. Is my order guaranteed? 

 

Not quite! You order will not be secure until you receive an invoice and make a non-refundable 50% deposit. 

Once you have sent your details, we will contact you to discuss the details. Once we've discussed and agreed on all the little details, we will send you an invoice and the deposit can be made to secure your order. Keep in mind, if you have not placed an order at least 2 weeks prior to the event date, we cannot guarantee availability for your order.

Can we have a cake tasting?

Absolutely! Let us know where you would like to meet and we will bring the cake to you! We are happy to meet you for a cake tasting within a 30 mile radius of the WNC/Asheville area. If you are outside that area or for some reason we cannot connect personally we also provide boxes with a generous sample of each of our cakes and icings (or your personal choices) , we express usps mail this to your door. We are happy to take phone orders as well.  The price will be deducted from your order should you decide to use us for your event.

I don't see a flavor I like, I don't see an option I'm looking for, or I have a food allergy or special need. 

No problem! We are extremely accommodating and will make every effort possible to make sure we can provide what you are looking for.  We are always up for trying new recipes and have many well loved favorites that we use that aren't on our list.  We have made many cakes that include very special instructions and are comfortable providing for you.  Please note that while we take extreme precautions to minimize cross contamination (including baking gluten free items in a kitchen that does not use gluten products) we cannot absolutely guarantee that cross contamination will not happen. In a perfect world we would be able to provide absolutes, and while we can't give you that we can tell you that we will do everything in our power to minimize risks and help you get what you are looking for.
