Welcome Friends! After a hiatus, we're back and better than ever. We've taken the last six months to do some serious baking and developing and have come back to this space with lots of new ideas as well as new techniques and recipes that we think you'll love. Last year we went 100% plant based in our business and we haven't looked back. The last six months have been a whirlwind of making vegan butters, working with egg substitutes, and developing all natural colors that vibrantly displayed our work. While we have been baking delicious vegan pastries for a good while, we felt like it was time to really hone in on some of the techniques we felt were lacking in the industry. Welp.... we're back and ready to share lots of our new items (our online store will be up shortly for all to order from- near and far!), we're accepting custom orders with free delivery within a 30 mile radius of Asheville, we're working on a subscription program for a pastry box that will be delivered as often as you like, and....we're working on developing this blog so there are recipes and techniques available to you- our home bakers. It's been a busy season, but now in 2020, we're ready to work harder, smarter, and busier than we have to bring Asheville some awesome vegan pastries, wedding cakes, and other incredible goods.
